Why we started SpicaTech.
Across Portugal and much of Europe, small business owners have the same story. They ask a web agency for a quote. The agency says €500. Somewhere between the second revision and the "one more thing," the bill is €900. Then come the monthly maintenance fees. Then the fees to change a single photo. Then the fees to add a new page.
A website is supposed to be an asset. For too many businesses, it becomes a monthly bill they can't shut off.
We started SpicaTech in 2025 to do the opposite — fixed scope, transparent process, websites clients actually own. And because we work with AI every day, we bring it into every project: smarter forms, chatbots that actually help, automations that save real hours.
